Do recruiting days take place both on Friday and Monday? I heard that Monday is also an option - is that true?

Hi everyone.
First thanks for this opportunity to have a 1hr glimpse into how RB looks like. Here are some questions I would like have a response to:
-Diversity and Global reach: In terms of diversity (Gender, Nationality) are what are the focus areas and /or current/planned roadmaps on how these are being implemented and how is the global head office ensuring that its different business areas in RB really has a global workforce.
-Attracting talents from minority communities: Are the roadmaps and plans for attracting talents from minority community here in Germany?
-Organization of the Future: Indeed, Covid 19 has changed the way many businesses operate and remote work  has more or less become the new normal. How does this affect the workforce of the future in terms: employment opportunities, entrepreneurship, and capital gains?
-Smart HR: From some earlier research,  I think Smart HR’ is driven in some part by algorithms and AI systems, where applicants documents are matched to specific words in the algorithms, and thus recruitment decisions are made based on the recommendation from the algorithms. Is this the case in RB, and what is the role of empathy, candidate’s capacity, and growth potentials, in the future of SMART HR?
-Ratio of successful applications to RB: What is the ratio of successful applicants to RB? Please, beyond what is already stated on the web pages, what personal insights can you give to prospective applicants (more views from other new colleagues are welcomed).
-Language skills vs Overall skills: It is clear that the having an understanding of the local where the RB office is located is of importance. However, in an overall ranking of 1-10(10 being the highest), where do you place the language skills and are there exceptions it?

I have a background in the automotive industry and possess a C1 certificate, although over time I have graduated to a C2-ish level through everyday practice.

Is there a formal minimum requirement for German language skills for DACH offices? C1 / C2 / near-native?

Many companies in China are trying to localize their workforce and categorically ruling out foreign passport holders for entry-level or mid-level positions. I would like to know whether Roland Berger is also following that HR policy in China or are you still open to applications from foreign citizens?

Is it possible for German citizens to apply for entry-level positions in China?

Can one agree to push the entry date for a Consultant position a couple of months in case of a planned entry in winter?
