In addition, foreign experience is very important to us and proofs intercultural competence. Apart from these "hard criteria", we are looking for highly motivated candidates who are willing to develop themselves personally and professionally in our Consulting field. Roland Berger offers you the opportunity to work on diverse projects with colleagues from different study fields bringing in different perspectives and strengths. As you can see on our website, our company is characterized by a Competence Center structure which allows us to work together in those interdisciplinary teams. In the DACH region, all consultants are assigned to a specific Competence Center – their "home base". For each project, we choose colleagues with the most relevant background. You will have the opportunity to learn from each other and gain valuable insights in other areas of expertise. Depending on your background, it would also be possible to switch the CC.
