We have set requirements for our candidates, which we review in a first step. This means that we require a university degree with good to very good grades. In addition, foreign experience is very important to us and proofs intercultural competence. Also, we expect strategically oriented practical experience, which may be relevant for the work at Roland Berger. Apart from these "hard criteria", we are looking for highly motivated candidates who are willing to develop themselves personally and professionally in our Consulting field. We are looking for empathetic, excellent candidates who live entrepreneurship and can identify with our values. In addition, a great team spirit, taking initiative and thinking outside the box is important to us.
