Two main things. Firstly, the people and secondly, the high responsibility at a really early stage. In my internship at Roland Berger for example I was already in charge of the storyline for the final presentation of the project.

In addition to what Theresa said, for me the size of Roland Berger played a crucial role. On the one hand, we are big enough to have a global footprint, to cover all major industries and functional topics; on the other hand the total number of consultants is in a range such that you don't just feel like a number or resource being tucked away somewhere in a very complex matrix hierarchy. This balance between global footprint and manageable size, in my view, makes for a great work environment where you can build relationships and establish yourself from early on in your career.

For me there are also two things: the people I got to know here. So far I have always experienced a very good working atmosphere and we maintain a respectful and harmonious relationship. We also live our value "Entrepreneurship". If you want to get involved in other topics in addition to your daily tasks, you will always be supported in your professional and personal development.

I also appreciate what my colleagues have already mentioned. Besides, I can be who I am - authentic. I am happy to have a good work-life balance, even during the current home office hours. And I can always rely on my colleagues because they are very responsive and support me when help is needed.

I totally agree. Already during my internship at Roland Berger six years ago I've experienced a great team culture and collaborative work among the consultants which was the main reason for me to apply for a full-time position. In addition, consultants specialize on a specific industry or function from the first day on, based on individual passion and fields of knowledge - in my case Automotive.

The team - definitely! Roland Berger is organized in Competence Centers and Practice Groups - within your Practice Group you have the opportunity to build strong relationships and collaborations with inspiring colleagues who also work intensively on your preferred topics - in my case healthcare. Plus the strong expertise. Roland Berger is very experienced and successful in the public sector. Especially for me as a MINT student with a preference for healthcare in the DACH region, close ties and expertise in cooperation with public service providers and pioneering networks and organizations are essential.
