As a member of the intern recruiting team I am responsible for the recruiting, administration/supervision and retention of our consulting interns.

Stay authentic - especially during job interviews!
A job interview is always exciting. Candidates want to show themselves at their best. My advice: try to stay authentic and do not play an artificial role.
Otherwise the interviewer is not able to truly get to know you. And on the other hand, you should also try to use the interview situation to find out whether you want to work at the respective company.

Greatest Achievement

A lot of former students are now part of our consulting team.
With my team I am as well responsible for the retention of our top talents. Interns who showed an excellent performance have the chance to become part of our "Students Club". A lot of former interns are now successful consultants at Roland Berger. This makes my work valuable - every day!
