From studying Tourism Management to Recruiting in Consulting
I started out in organizing and developing Management Trainings in CEE.
Through trainer selection and working in diverse teams I got more and more interested in HR topics.
I am part of our DACH Recruiting Team and also responsible for University Marketing in Austria.

Current Position

I am responsible for recruiting Consultants for all levels.
Within our DACH Recruiting Team I am, together with my colleagues, recruiting Consultants for all our Competence Centers.
I accompany all applicants from their application until their onboarding at one of our Roland Berger offices.
Steering recruiting days, developing and organizing events for students as well as cooperations with universities are part of my Job.

Keep doing things you are passionate about and it will work out.
Take time to find out what you are passionate about. Follow your own path and find a surrounding that makes you happy and appreciated.
This is crucial to develop not only as a person but to be able to gain experience and become an expert in your field to steer your career path.

Beeing responsible for recruiting gives you the chance to be in touch with highly educated and driven students who are motivated for consulting. Having an Impact and being able to guide and support them is one of the best parts of my job. Be perceived as a sounding board and go to person for applicants as well as for our consultant colleagues is something that I am proud of.
Get students as well as experienced candidates interested in Roland Berger by establishing a network and developing and organizing events is another line of my work that I am constantly working on and always proud to get feedback and interested response.
