Hi Thomas! Thanks for your question! You mean to work as a restructuring consultant what are the soft and hard skills?
I would say hard skills: analytical understanding and finance/business understanding (ideally also Excel/PPT skills). As soft skills you need to be a team player, work solution oriented, be able to work in a structured way and be motivated and show entrepreneurial spirit.

A CRO is a dedicated person that is hired by a firm to lead the restructuring of the firm until the restructuring is finalized. They often employ restructuring consultants as support. Sometimes our partners take on positions as CRO in a company.
