Which characteristics from interns do you value most?

We are happy if our interns have already gained practical experience, e.g. in another consultancy or in industry.
In addition, it is important that our interns have already spent a time abroad, e.g. a semester or an internship abroud. Good grades in their studies are also important for the application.

For the interview process, I will gladly give the recommendation "be the original you" and prepare you for the day :-)

Thank you Marika for the insight. I would like to add a question to this: What do you value most from interns during your projects and especially to get into your students retention program - i think it's called students club? :)

Hello Peter, as an intern, it is important to us that you bring your experience into the daily project routine and get involved in our team. During your internship you should get to know the daily routine as a consultant and we are happy to give you as many insights as possible. You will also learn which skills are important, how you train them and how you work together in a team.

For the retention program, it is of course important that you provide professional support and inspire us on the project :)
