How time critical are restructuring projects?
Additional information
I am wondering how time critical restructuring projects are compared to other projects. Are they equally time critical as due diligence projects? Thanks in advance!

Hi Simon,
thank you for your participation and your question.
Our projects usually have a tight timeline with pressure from the top management.
Nevertheless, restructuring projects are probably the most pressuring ones.
These Companies are struggling with liquidity and obligations to file for bancrupty.
Some of them can barely pay their employees or order new material.
Driving force for the restructuring is in many cases the banks that finance the business.
Credit contracts usually contain covenants regarding the companies business situation.
If they are about to be breached, banks intervene and drive restructurings to secure the outstanding funds.
