Hi, very good question :) I would say: We are looking for true personalities! Of course, we also have some criteria in the selection process, such as very good grades, experience abroad and strategic practical experience. If you are invited to one of our recruiting days, it is very important to us that you are authentic and stay true to yourself.

Building on what Marika said, I would like to add my perspective as a project manager. Taking a step back, I think there are three qualities which are important. First, having an open mind and being curious is key. As you will be most likely staffed on projects across a variety of industries facing different problems and client set-ups, it is necessary that you are able to motivate yourself to dive into new areas, new tools and new team setups. Second, being a team player is indeed absolutely crucial. It does not mean that you need to be the most extrovert kind of person or the largest "social butterfly" on the party, but you need to feel comfortable amongst colleagues and to work in teams as this will be the standard working set-up (also in a remote set-up as we work in virtual teams). And, third, not being afraid of data/numbers is important. As our clients realize more and more data-driven, digital strategies, so are our projects evolving towards data-driven set-ups. Again, you don't need to be the number cruncher at the moment you apply, but it certainly helps if you are not afraid in immersing yourself also into an Excel/Data Science world. I hope this helps. Please feel free to reach out in case of further questions. Best, Nicolas
