Thank you for your question. Some qualifications are certainly helpful for working in HR. First, I would say that empathy is important in my job, which means being able to understand other people and their wishes and problems. In addition, a structured way of working is useful, as there are often many different to-dos to work through and you have to deal with many different candidates at the same time. This also includes organizational skills.
Finally, I would mention the ability to communicate - of course, we also have many conversations/interviews and it is helpful to be able to express yourself well.
