We are always looking for interesting profiles in that area. Of course we do take into account practical experience according to seniority. So if you are a graduate who wants to join directly, practical experiences as internships will definitely be important for us, but we try to be open to different fields of experience, of course it is highly appreciated if this is already analytical, research driven work best preparing you for consulting.
