Hi Mesut, apart from driving the company wide initiative to go carbon neutral in the next few years, RB also offers us consultants the chance to better our individual carbon footprint. For example, we are incentivized to chose electric or hybrid vehicles, chose a bike as part of our mobility package, or to take a train instead of a flight. Further, all of our CO2 emissions from flights are offset by the company. Best regards, Lisa

That sounds great Lisa. I hope that all companies will adapt to this very soon. And circular economy in terms of materials used at the offices is also taken into consideration?

We try to limit our use of "hard" materials in the office as much as possible - e.g. by being offered desktop programs and devices to reduce paper and organize ourselves digitally. In cases where actual paper is still required, these are usually recycled

Thank you Lisa, that is a good approach. I get the impression that while CO2-emissions are quantified and highly present in the current political discussions (CO2-2050 goal), the impact of materials (chemicals, pharmaceuticals and other dangerous material) are less easy to quantify and not transparent for the general public to follow.
