What makes an intern stand out in an interview?

For the case interviews, it makes sense to look around on different platforms and practise concrete case examples (e.g. e-fellows, Preplounge).
For the soft skills, I would say that the most important thing is that you are authentic, take a good look at your CV, think about why you made certain decisions and talk about team experiences. Your personality is the most important thing for us!

Analytical skills are tested in our analytics test before the recruiting day. Here there is a numerical, logical and verbal part that you have to solve as a candidate.

Just to confirm - if I am applying to be an intern, I do not have to complete the analytics test prior to the interview/assessment day correct?
