How does a recruiting process takes place?

Our recruiting processes differ between interns and permanent employees. For an internship you can apply from 9 months in advance, in the best case at least 6 months, for a permanent entry you can apply from 4 months in advance.
All our job advertisements contain the respective criteria that we require for the position. These are University studies or studies at relevant business schools, experience abroad as well as previous experience in the strategic conceptual area.

For the permanent entry there is an analytical test after the screening, for the intern process you are invited directly after the screening if you meet our criteria.

On the recruiting day itself, we conduct a personal interview as well as case interviews. In the permanent entry recruiting process, we usually also conduct a group case.

Based on the performance on the recruiting day, the candidate receives an acceptance or rejection directly. In the permanent entry you will be invited to the next round, which is the final partner interview.
