What was the "best" mistake you made at Roland Berger?

Where to start :) When I became a PM I started at a project where the scope was not yet clear, the client was new in the setting, different partners were involved. I made the mistake at the beginning to focus too much on what our partners want rather than the client. That was a big learning for me.

Hi Lena, yes definitely. We always talk about how great everyone is but you do not develop if you do not try and make mistakes. At least that is my opinion and I am really happy that you asked that question :)
