Hi Rupert :) Each day depends on the kind of project you are supporting, as each of them are quite unique. Usually (in a pre-Corona world), you would be at the client site, conduct several meetings each day with C-Level or top management to discuss strategy, your results and recommendations. You would spend quite some time in the tea room, preparing presentations or Excel models, while cracking jokes with your colleagues. In the evening, if all goes well, you have dinner together or work out together, but many evenings it is delivery food ;) And now in the post-Corona world, we largely work from home, meaning many Teams meetings, virtual events and being flexible from where you are working.

Thank you for your detailed answer Jeanne. Isn't it difficult to maintain the team spirit without working in persona and does this not often lead to misunderstandings?

The team spirit is still the same, although virtual team events are of course not comparable to live events. In general, I would not say that we have more misunderstandings, as we communicate quite a lot via Teams to exchange information. I think consultancies in general are surprised by how well teams function remotely.
