How do you help your consultants to excel and develop? Is there any particular scheme for that in RB?

Hi Abdul :) There are several programs at Roland Berger, so let me give you a few examples. Each consultant receives a certain amount of trainings (mandatory and choice) per years and there are online training courses that you can do as much as you want. You get a mentor (partner) and a coach (project manager of senior consultant) that support your development along the way. We have a 'wellbeing platform' that offers sports, meditation and yoga classes all day long, because you cannot develop yourself if you are stressed out. There is also a Challenge Club for the most promising high potentials at Roland Berger, with specialized trainings and support.
