Hi Mingyue, thank you very much for your question. Some criteria are the same as with non experienced candidates (e.g. motivation, analytical skills, problem solving skills etc.). On top of that for more experienced candidates we would expect more leadership experience and also experience in related jobs (e.g. consultancy, business development, a specific industry focus) etc..

Hi Mingyue, to me it is the family feeling I have. There are a lot of great people in the company and also one is very close to management and knows what is going on in the firm. And I still learn so much from so many people.
