Hi Katharina, why that focus on excellent uni grades? That's years ago. Do you want to measure discipline/work ethic?

Dear Alexis, Thank you for your question. Although very good - good grades are one of our requirement criteria, we always look at the CV as a whole. For example, it is definitely possible to "improve" individual grades with very good practical experience or exciting international experience. Best regards, Marika

I gave it a shot. I'd really love to help people improve their businesses through analysis and out of the box thinking. What worries me a bit is the "we can't treat your application if you don't include secondary school certificates." Sorry, but I never needed them in 20 years of career. And I don't understand what my grades in latin have to do with Industry 4.0. So I'm curious to see what happens. Life is always an experiment. If we knew what's coming it would be boring...

Dear Alexis,
Our clients have high expectations regarding the academic as well as the professional background of our consultants. In the DACH region, it is very common to hand in references as well as academic certificates as part of the application process. But this is only one element. The individual grade is certainly not what makes the difference and will not lead to a rejection. As mentioned above, we always take the entire profile and skill set into account. The more professional experience you have, the more focus we put on your last career step.
Best regards, Marika
