Coming from a non-business academic background, I am wondering what kind of training on and next to the job Roland Berger offers their graduates? Is there something like a starters bootcamp? Can one learn important skills such as Accounting and Corporate Finance in Seminars throughout the own career progression? Thanks in advance.
