Would RPT be the right practice for transformation and communication projects?

Additional information

I assume most projects would focus on implementation rather than strategy creation, so how long are organization-related projects within RPT usually?

Hi Eva, if you are really interested in Transformation projects with no particular industry focus, I would say RPT is the place to be. However, if you chose an industry practice, you would likely also be able to do transformation projects on the interface to RPT.

I would say most projects we do, are focsed on creating the Transformation strategy and roadmap (from where are we, to where do we need to be and how to we get there) to setup the implementation. This process would usually take 3-6 months depending on the size of the company and scope of project. The implementation (e.g. actually nominating people for the new positions) would be the next phase and easily take another 3-6 months on average.
