Hi, Thanks a lot for your question!
In general, Roland Berger provides a broad range of opportunities regarding educational leaves (Master, PhD, MBA, etc.). The MBA program is usually preferred by consultants who a) have started their career at Roland Berger with a Bachelor's degree or b) have a non-business related study background (e.g., engineering).
Typically, consultants can leave after ca. two years work experience to pursue an MBA program. We have great partnerships with the leading MBA schools. Of course, Roland Berger supports you financially as well as with application guidance, time-off (leave), network and experience exchange and so on.
Best,
Verena

Dear Verena,
Thank you very much for your reply. So the educational leave for an MBA and the provided financial aide is not just reserved for the best performing consultants but generally for all consultants that have worked for Berger more than two years?

Roland Berger supports your personal and academic development and provides a broad range of initiatives including the educational leave program. In general, everybody who has worked for RB for more than two years can benefit from these initiatives.
I hope this clarified your question.
