In general, Roland Berger provides a broad range of opportunities regarding educational leaves (Master, PhD, MBA, etc.). The MBA program is usually preferred by consultants who a) have started their career at Roland Berger with a Bachelor's degree or b) have a non-business related study background (e.g., engineering).

Typically, consultants can leave after ca. two years work experience to pursue an MBA program. We have great partnerships with the leading MBA schools.
