Hi Hannah,
Roland Berger is indeed a diverse employer. In the last years we have launched numerous diversity programs including Women @ RB and Just Be, our LBTQ+ network, to further strengthen our diversity. We, as RB, are on a journey but driving with full force to a more inclusive and diverse future. :)

To add, there are additional smaller diversity initiatives on a teams level. For example, in our RPT team (restructuring, performance improvement and transaction), we have a Women@RPT group that meets once a month and invites interesting female guest speakers tailored towards their topics

Thanks, Martin and Jonas, this sounds great! What does your network Just Be do? Could you maybe tell me what is special about it? Thank you very much!

Our Just Be network is only for employees that identify as members of the LGBTQ+ community. It's a private network where colleagues can join anonymously, meaning only the other members of Just Be know who is part of the network. We organize events for the Just Be network as well as for the entire company - e.g., once a year we host the annual RB Pride Week, where the entire company celebrates its diversity

What's truly special about the network is that we have members from all seniority levels - interns to senior partners. You know that through that network you always have support for yourself and your situation - In every country around the world ;)

That's really cool, thank you Jonas! I really like the idea of the whole company celebrating Pride Week, too.
