Are there a lot of cross office missions in Europe for example?

In general there a two options: We staff the colleagues that fit best to the clients needs and therefore it is often the case that we have cross country staffings. Second is that the client has a site in a foreign country and you have to travel there or colleagues from this country will be staffed there. So lots of options for cross country work.
