How flexible is a consulting job @ Roland Berger after Covid-19 in terms of travelling and work-life balance?

Hi Chris, it highly depends on the project, but generally it can be said that the home-office is more frequently used than before COVID-19 times. I personally work from home but can also go everytime I want to our office. I have also colleagues which are still travelling frequently in their projects. Regarding Work-Life Balance I feel like I am more productive at home and also I can save the time used for travelling, so in my opinion it makes my work-life-balance better...
