Do I start as a generalist at Roland Berger or am I directly working at a specific practice group?

Hi Till, you normally start in a specific group but this does not mean that you have to stay there. Very often you are staffed on a project from a different practice group and thus you can gain diverse experiences. Later in your career you can decide what suits you best, this happens also with the help of your mentor and so you can go your own path.
