Hi Birsen, thank you for your question. Very exciting. For me, I think it's the realization that very early on you get into the areas of a company where the decisions are made. That means a lot of responsibility but at the same time the opportunity to make a lot of difference.

We only prepare decision makers - we don't decide for the company which steps to take. Nonetheless, our recommendations are often heard. That is why it is very important to be thoughtful.
