What was your favorite experience in your team at Roland Berger?

My highlight was in my internship at RB in 2020, where I was together with senior consultants and the project manager in a room and we discussed and drawed a new strategy with some markers on the windows like in a movie. We had a lot of iterations but in the end we had a clever strategy which helped us to finish our project very successfull. Another highlight was that I was able to conduct interviews with many C-Level professionalists in order to gain more insights about our project topic
