Additional information

If your grades have not been excellent, but in parallel to your studies you have worked and played sports at a high level. Would grades still be an impediment? If not, how would you recommend to include it in the application process for an experienced consultant position, where normally you do not talk about your time as a student in your cover letter?

Hi Francisco, thank you very much for your question and interest in Roland Berger. You're right - one of our selection criteria are good grades. So it's something we always include in the evaluation of an application. However, we always look at the profile as a whole. So it's hard to answer this question on a general basis. If you don't want to include those comments in your cover letter, you can include them inn a message to hiring manager when uploading your application to our application system SmartRecruiters. It is a general comment field where you can tell us what's important to you.
