Additional information
Being from a non business background, do you suggest any tips other than solving business cases. Will it be considered in the interview that the interviewee is not from business area and will lag some understanding of business terminologies?

If you have a general understanding of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, their components and how they relate to each other - you should be fine. No one expects you to perform like a certified accountant.
In addition standard frameworks such as 5 Forces, PESTEL-analysis or Ansoff matrix might help you to navigate through the case studies.
