Hi Gereon, nice to e-meet you!
My favorite project has been working with a fashion C2C company and defining a strategy of sustainably positioning them as a front-runner. We have identified that based on their business model, the emissions produced by the company have been lower than for other players. Based on that, we defined marketing statements and developed a marketing story around them.

Which tools did you use to quantify the emissions produced by the company?

We built a comprehensive model incorporating multiple data sources from the client but also from other sources (e.g., the sustainable fashion coalition in that case)

Very interesting, Timotheus! I was also wondering about the tools or techniques you mostly use with your clients. Do you mostly work strategically or also do Life Cycle Assessments etc.?

Hi Lea, we support in different ways!
- Strategically helping our clients with specific challenges
- But also operational support
- As well as studies and/or life cycle assessments
