What was a showcase sustainability project you delivered and what made it great?

My favorite project has been working with a fashion C2C company and defining a strategy of sustainably positioning them as a front-runner. We have identified that based on their business model, the emissions produced by the company have been lower than for other players. Based on that, we defined marketing statements and developed a marketing story around them.

Which tools did you use to quantify the emissions produced by the company?

We built a comprehensive model incorporating multiple data sources from the client but also from other sources (e.g., the sustainable fashion coalition in that case)
