Hi Remus. You should ideally have some strategic work experience / work experience in consulting. Also, you should have worked or studied abroad as an international background is important to us. If you have an excellent academic background this would complete a great profile. However, we always look at the overall picture and appreciate applications from people with various backgrounds :)
