How has work-life evolved since the pandemic for a consultant at Roland Berger?

Hello, thank you very much for this very important question! Indeed, the global pandemic has had quite some impact not only on our private lifes but also on our work as consultants. On the one hand, we learnt that high quality work can be achieved in a virtual setup which offers also great flexibility to combine work and life, e.g. picking up your children from school during the day. On the other hand, regular physical meetings with our clients and internal project teams are upmost relevant to engage with each other on a social level. Currently, the situation is still very volatile, thus we rely on a flexible approach combining virtual and on-site. In general, the personal flexibility of each consultant has increased which, in turn, is based on transparent communication and planning in the team. I hope, this answers your question.
