What does the work-life-balance at RB look like?

Hi Franziska! We offer different options to ensure a healthy work-life balance! It is possible to take a sabbatical after you have been with the company for a while. Also, you can take additional holidays etc. At every project, there are also individual project commitments that you can arrange with your PM and team, e.g. that you would like to do sports in the evening two times a week :) Those commitments are tracked as well

Hi Franziska, nice to meet you. Consulting is definitely not a 9 to 5 job, but the sense of accomplishment is incredibly high. Working on the weekend is definitely not the norm. Especially if you work a lot during the week, it is important to have some time off and recharge

Thank you, Michelle! I know from other consultancies that it is up to 24.00 during weekdays, 20.00ish on Thursdays and like 18.00ish on Fridays. Does this match with RBs schedules?

Hi Franziska, from my personal view, it really depends on the project and especially on the project phase :) Also, how long you work depends on how many breaks you have during the day and how long they are - e.g., if you are doing sports during the day :) this is why it is really difficult to answer your question precisely. :)
