What activities are initiated by the community?

RB hosts many opportunities for LGBTQ+ employees to get involved. There is JustBe, which is the global group for LGBTQ+ identifying individuals. JustBe hosts bi-weekly coffee chats between members, monthly global check-in calls, holiday parties and an annual conference. Beyond that, the company encourages all employees to be allies, and, actually, the largest affinity group at RB is JustBe Friends, which is the internal affinity group for LGBTQ+ allies. With these two organizations, there are MANY opportunities to get involved and to bring visibility to LGBTQ+ employees/experiences at the firm. Finally, we host a yearly Pride Week which brings all global offices together to celebrate LGBTQ+ employees. We had this last week, and it was a blast.

Of course, there are many other ways to informally initiative activities at RB. The company culture is very open to employees bringing their ideas and full selves to the workplace.
