I had only one negative experience about 12 years ago, when a colleague made some jokes which were not appropriate. But the Chief Compliance Office took this very seriously and acted very quickly.

I have had no such experience at RB. I feel very privileged to work in place that values the authenticity of each employee. In my experience, RB has definitely lived up to its corporate values in this sense.

In line with Matthew, I haven't had a negative experience at RB or at the client's side, and I also feel comfortable that any negative behavior would be taken up by compliance, or HR, or the local partner group.
