Hi Anna, thank you very much for your question! The project landscape is very diverse covering many interesting topics and industries. In principle we serve all industries and cover all ESG pillars. Many projects are currently focusing on decarbonization strategy development and circular economy. The length of a typical project is ca. 3 months, but everything between 2 weeks and 12 months is possible

Hi Anna, adding to your second question, the biggest challenge is that it's hard to define where sustainability starts and where it stops. This always has to be defined together with the client and to develop realistic but at the same time ambitious projects that generate an impact.

From my personal experience, many clients are currently transitioning from having "satellite sustainability departments" to really integrating sustainability into their core strategy. This comes with many challenges, as it represents a major change to how companies operate
