Hi Hantao, thanks for kicking this off - I think our main value add lies within the teams and exerts we provide. We always strive to deliver the best team to the client, staffed from across our industry and functional platforms. As we're organized across different plattforms, you have the opportunity to gain very specific experience from early on. On top of that, we offer very specific industry analysis and tools to support the client in whatever they need.

Thanks for your answer Debora! I understand that the depth and width of knowledge provided are of value to the clients. Are there any valid measures, upon which we (or clients) could say like 'oh this is a successful consultancy that you delivered'

Hi Hantao, this question is hard to answer in general, as it depends a lot on the project. Especially for very strategic topics it is not easy to define KPIs, while for a cost reduction project it is probably easier.

As Jannis said - this largely depends on the project context. In general, what clients usually value about Roland Berger is that we provide very hands-on advice and work on eye-level with the clients - so the focus is not on providing general frameworks or "one-size fits it all" approaches, but rather provide very tailored advice and solutions
