Hi Dan, thanks for your interest. I'm not sure if I get your question right but we don't really measure the intellectual capital. In our recruiting process for full time positions we use a analytical test in advance to get a profound overview of the analytical competencies of an applicant.

Is this test also applicable to experienced hires?

No the test is only applicable till the consultant level
