Is it easy to get involved (even as a junior) for women empowerement in RB?

How about the economic situation of RB in the current macro environment? Do you have the plan to recruit more candidates?

We actually have a lot of programs for women - specific training and coaching offerings, networking events, etc.

Everybody is asked to participate and bring in ideas. Today, for International Women's Day, two junior colleagues organized a mystery coffee chat for all female colleagues worldwide.
