How is female networking organized at RB?

There are female networking events on a DACH level as well as international leadership meetings. Trainings for female colleagues are also organized on a global level and offer a lot of opportunities to network. In addition, some regions organize panel discussions for external speakers and everybody in the world has the chance to take part.

RB really aims to increase the share of female staff and also increase diversity overall. Several initiatives are set up to reach this goal

Furthermore, every new joiner is assigned a female buddy. A colleague who has been working with Roland Berger for a longer period already and can share experiences

Informal networking among female colleagues also works quite well. Everybody is asked to launch initiatives and contribute

Additionally, we had a couple events organized (dinner, hiking, wine tour etc.) for women at our platform to meet up :) It's always a great way to connect

So does RB organize many events for its comapny members?

Yes. For example there are events for the different working-areas but also for different offices

We have a summer event and a winter event (christmas) on a platform basis. I also joined a mentee event with other partners and their mentees. That was very nice and I met other RB people from other offices.. You also have kick off boot camps where you meet RB collegues from around the world.

There are many exciting events to look forward to then!
