Hello Geri,
thank you very much for your great question. Unfortunately, there is no one from the Amsterdam Office today. In general, we are divided by platforms (such as Digital, RPT) in Europe. Within the platform there may be different focus areas again. For example, I am part of the Digital platform and focus on Digital Health.

That's not easy to answer in general, because it strongly depends on the platform. My previous projects at Platform Digital were, for example, the development of a digitization strategy and the transformation into an agile organizational form. On another platform (RPT), for example, I developed a business continuation concept for an insolvent company.
