Hi Sandy, nice to meet you!
We have our own LGBTQ+ network called Just Be where we organize different events and monthly calls. 2 specific highlights is our general assembly that takes place in one of our offices globally, and another one is the Pride Week, where all offices organize local activities. There is much space for LGBTQ+ colleagues to start proactively start initiatives which I personally appreciate a lot. In terms of being out at RB, I have had only positive experiences so far - people have always been welcoming and making me feel comfortable :)
