Hi Jean, thank you for your question. In general, it is possible to make office transfers with RB, especially for a limited time. However, the whole thing depends on various factors such as project availabilities

Hello Isabel, a follow up question: Is a limited time more in terms of months or years? I'm currently a masters student in germay and I could very good imagine working in a country outside of the DACH region for also more than six months for example, to enrich my perspective of the world. Is that with Roland Berger possible?

Maybe to specify from my part, is it possible to do a permanent transfer within RB to the DACH region after a few years and if so what are the requirements for this transfer besides the availability of projects

It is possible to do a office transfer, e.g. for 3 month. But it is also possible to go to another country for a longer period of time

Hi there! Just wanted to pop in with a quick question related to this discussion topic.

I am concerned with the language barrier in case of transferring to an office in the DACH region. Are daily operations within the office and towards client companies conducted in German or English? In other words, how difficult would working at RB in the DACH region be until a fluent level of German is achieved?

Thanks for getting back on this, Jean. Theoretically, yes, but since it depends on various factors, it is difficult to give a general answer to your question.

Hi Unai, thank you for your question. It depends on the areas and the different positions, which level of German is required.
