Speaking of meaningful work, I am passionate about Social Impact and would like to understand RB's position and views on Social Impact projects. Could you provide some insight into how RB engages in this area? Is it limited to CSRs or there's a specific team that handles actual cases in the Social Impact space?

Having social impact at Roland Berger is possible in different ways. As one of our values is entrepreneurship, whoever has an idea for a project or initiative can work on this and can be sure of the support of our management. For example, a group of our colleagues jointly founded the "big girls foundation" (https://biggirlsfoundation.org/?lang=en). Furthermore, if you would like to dedicate more time and work at an NGO or social organization, you can do so through our social fellowship program where you can leave the project work behind for a couple of months!
