Can you describe sustainability approaches that you have incorporated into strategic recommendations for clients please?

For a global food retailer, we analysed how they can best reduce their emissions from the transport sector. We worked with our data analytics colleagues to analyse all journeys across the European continent and optimise them with regard to existing and future regulations and internal company requirements.

In another project, we developed the energy strategy for a German food retailer. The aim was to make the customer less dependent on market changes, both financially and in terms of energy supply. In detail, we developed customised energy procurement measures for each area of the company.

In a study, I analyzed the willingness to pay (WTP) of consumers for green groceries. Indications show a 10% increase in WTP. It's nice to see how practices like this are being integrated into practice today!
