How are the employees in RB connected to RB's vision of shifting the world towards a new sustainable paradigm?

In my opinion, there are different connectors here.

On the one hand, Roland Berger has of course set its own climate targets. I have these in mind when my project team and I consider whether and where we will meet for our project work (if the client's requirements allow), and by which means of transportation. In addition, our internal ESG team at Roland Berger regularly organizes various activities throughout the year to promote practical sustainability and raise awareness among us employees.

On the other hand, my work as a sustainability consultant contributes to a more sustainable future every day through my project work. We achieve this, just to name an example and give you some insights in my work, by designing an energy strategy for food companies that is based on either in-house energy generation or the purchase of green energy. As you can see there are multiple ways and I feel motivated by them every day again.
