Well, the career at Roland Berger starts with a global kickoff training: you would spend two weeks with a large group of new hires where you learn everything you need for being a consultant. It is also a great opportunity to start building your global network! In addition to that there is a broad training catalogue available for every level with some of them being compulsory, others you can choose based on your personal interest. In the automotive competence center we also have specific knowledge sessions (so-called "tech-hours") around automotive technology, latest developments in areas like electric vehicle batteries or autonomous driving and so on.
In addition, the daily "training on the job" is something very important - all colleagues around you are knowledgable on a broad variety of topics and you definetely grow personally and develop functional expertise every day on our projects!
