On projects, we work in changing teams which gives me the chance to interact with and learn from many colleagues with different backgrounds. Our team work is typically characterized by trustful cooperation and working with highly motivated colleagues is very inspiring. Even though we work with different colleagues a lot, the atmosphere in the teams is very open - and we usually have a lot of fun!
