The opportunities for PhD holders strongly depend on the individual background – e.g. your studies and professional experience. We have numerous colleagues with a PhD and also offer our consultants the opportunity to prepare their PhD in cooperation with Roland Berger.
Fluency in the local office language is however crucial and a pre-requisite for most of our offices. Exceptions are possible, if you have a very specific background that is of high relevance for our Clients. Best regards, Marika
